Meteva Sport og Helse is dedicated to creating a healthier, more connected world for children and young people, both locally, nationally and globally. Through this initiative, Louise has forged a platform that not only addresses the immediate needs of communities but also fosters long-term growth and independence for the generation. She already financially supports eight basketball clubs in western Norway. Deeply rooted in the Norwegian Basketball Association’s strategic Basket Plan 2028 to recruit more girls, she has founded Basketakademiet, all while being a leader in lifting equality and inclusivity across the country.

Since the Spring, Louise has played an instrumental role in shaping the rebranding and operational strategies of Fyllingen Lions. Her focus on cultivating a values-based basketball program has already begun to resonate throughout the organization, laying the groundwork for a culture that prioritizes integrity, internal teamwork, external collaboration, and personal development.
