After a challenging start, the Lions found themselves trailing as Dinamo Bucuresti dominated both offensively and defensively, building a lead that peaked at 33 points (75-42). However, in the last 15 minutes, Fyllingen surged back, closing the gap significantly and demonstrating resilience on the court.

"We were fantastic in the last 15 minutes, and the players deserve credit for fighting their way back into the game when we were down and seemingly finished," said Coach Calix Black Ndiaye.

Trailing 36-30 just before halftime, Fyllingen struggled to keep pace as Dinamo pulled away with an intense press. Yet, the Lions rallied in the final minutes, cutting the lead to only 12 points (100-88) before Bucuresti secured the win. Coach Ndiaye praised the team's finish, saying, "They dictated everything offensively and defensively, but it was as if we flipped a switch. We became aggressive on defense and played strong offense."
